At Camp Foley, kids develop skills, build supportive relationships, grow in character and learn independence in a fun kids overnight summer camp environment.

Camp Foley caters to kids (boys and girls) from 8 to 16 years of age. We are a mid-sized kids summer camp with approximately 165 campers and 45-50 full-time summer staff members. This equates to a camper-to-staff ratio of 4:1. Last summer, we had campers and/or staff from 36 states and 9 countries.

Camp Foley was established in 1924 by Father John P. Foley. Camp Foley is accredited by the American Camp Association (ACA). We are committed to a quality camp experience for every camper.

Why Foley?

The mission of Camp Foley is to partner with parents to develop confident, responsible and respectful youth who gain skills and have fun through a quality camp experience in a youth centered community.

We're just right! Small enough where the counselors and campers all get to know each other, where you also get your choices in activities...and your opinion counts. Large enough to meet kids from all over the United States and foreign countries...and to be with kids your own age, and kids of other ages, too!

The Foley Directors and Assistant Directors are very hands on. Every day they eat meals with you, visit the cabins, and instruct some of the activities. You can go directly to them any time with any question, suggestion, or concern. YOU are their #1 priority.

Awesome Activities

Choose from a wide variety of activities and be challenged by your instructors! Feel the excitement of having new experiences or learning new skills. Foley wants you to get the most out of your activities. You pick your activities every 3 days! Take a 3 day trip (canoeing, biking or backpacking) or choose to stay in camp. Whether you are sailing or waterskiing (wakeboarding, too) or you are learning to make a mask in crafts or shoot a bow and arrow, we have something for everyone.

Foley Spirit

Feel it when you and your cabin mates are hyper before bed. It is the uncontrollable laughter with a group of newly found friends during a crazy evening activity or the quiet moment during a campfire. It is the feeling you get when singing or playing hard with other campers and counselors. The Cool Counselors are there for you! They add energy, lead games and activities, teach life skills and keep you safe. The Foley Spirit radiates through camp at an alarming pace...jump in!
