Family Camp Register

Thank you for choosing to register for Family Camp 2012!

You will need to print off a registration form, fill it out and either mail or fax it to us.

Remember you can have up to 10 people/cabin.  If you are registering with another family, please use the rate that corresponds to the total number of people.  Each family should fill out their own form.

Deposits of $100.00 per person are due at the time of registration.  You can either fill in the credit card information on the form, send a check with the form or use our secure online payment service to make that payment.
