The Activity Specialist has a higher level of experience than an instructor and some range experience is highly preferred. Trapshooting experience is also desirable. Activity head must have strong organizational skills, safety alertness, enthusiasm, and a keen interest in the sport. In addition to teaching riflery approximately 4 hours/day, additional time is spent at the range with gun cleaning and maintenance of the range.
