Trip leaders lead groups of campers on safe one to three day canoeing, biking or backpacking trips outside of camp. Leaders take an active role in planning, preparation, facilitating the trip and clean-up. Trip Leaders also teach a variety of in-camp classes such as camp craft, outdoor cooking, Geocaching, survival skills or tomahawk throwing. This position requires a passionate, detailed and organized mature person, who is skilled and experienced in camping skills. Preference is given to those who have led trips and are 21 years of age and older. Certification in Lifeguarding, CPR & First Aid required.
