The rates below are for the day before the wedding

Rehearsal - No charge for short rehearsal from 4:00-6:00 pm
Early Grounds and/or Dining Room Set-Up:
 If available (times to be negotiated), 4 hours of set-up the day before - $300.00
Outside Rehearsal Dinner 4 hours: If available from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m., use of grounds and bathrooms; garbage and recycling provided $300.00

Descriptions of Services and Helpful Information

Grounds:  Anyone using the grounds would receive a Foley Facilitator who would be available while from 9:00 AM on the day of the event to handle questions, direct deliveries, etc.  Camp Foley would handle the disposal of garbage.   There are limited outside lights.  Solar lighting does line the main drive to assist guests when walking to cars. Guests are limited to the center part of the facility.  Courts, fields, and other recreational facilities are not included.  Parking:  Cars will need to utilize the parking lot and area by the parking lot.  Guests will need to walk in or be dropped off.  Foley will assist guests in parking. 

Chapel:  Guests may use the chapel for their weddings.  If it is a Catholic wedding, permission must be granted from Immaculate Heart Church in Crosslake (218-692-2678).  Benches, statues, etc. must remain as is in the Chapel.  All decorations are to be free standing – nothing can be taped etc. to the walls.  Candles may have limitations.  There are two aisles with 12 benches on each side seating 5 adults/bench.  Windows – 3 on each side by the benches; 1 across from the side door; 2 on each side of the altar or 4 total; and 3 behind the altar. There are 2 electrical outlets in the front of the church with the one on the west side (15 amp) and one on the north side (20amp).  Keyboard: The keyboard is touch sensitive – The brand is Yamaha DGX-300 Portable Grand.

Dining Room Facility:  The dining room will seat about 250 people (95' x 38').  If space is needed for dancing, fewer numbers would be needed in the dining room.  The dining room would be available for set-up and deliveries at 9:00 AM on the day of the event.  Everything would need to be taken down and removed that day by midnight.  The camp dining room has 54”/60” circular tables (only 8 of the 60” tables) with a walnut/brown Formica top with 8 wooden chairs surrounding the tables. In addition, there are 4 - 8” banquet tables.  Tables will be set-up by Foley personnel.  All furniture and equipment in the interior is to remain inside the dining room and kitchen area.  Foley asks that all pictures, flags, and interior decorations remain as found in the dining room.  Foley does not have linens, matching china or stainless steel to accommodate groups.  All decorations are to be free standing – nothing can be taped, nailed, etc. to the walls. 

Commercial Kitchen:  Caterers have use of the kitchen between 9:00 a.m. and Midnight and are free to use the convection and conventional ovens.  We ask that they bring their own pots and pans, utensils and serving dishes to accommodate them in food preparation and serving.  It is expected that the kitchen is left in the condition as it was found – counters and stoves wiped off, flours swept and mopped.  Foley staff will operate the dishwasher at $50.00/hour if arrangements are made in advance.  

Barn: 30'x80' pole barn with half walls, mostly open with a cement floor. Electrical outlet on outside of the South Side of the building. Good option, in case of rain, if you plan to do an outside wedding or reception. 

Cabin Rental:  Rustic sleeping cabins (bunk beds, wood stove heat, and storage space for personal items) with centralized bathrooms and showers are available for your guests.  Guests are asked to bring their own bedding, sleeping bags, towels and toiletries.  Pets and smoking are not allowed in the cabins and parking in designated areas only.  Each cabin sleeps minimally 10 individuals.  A primary person from each cabin should be identified as the one to officially check in between 4:00 and 10:00 p.m. on Friday, or noon and 4:00 p.m. on Saturday and is responsible for settling other guests.  Check out is 11:00 a.m.  Dining Hall and Kitchen is open only for the wedding reception if contracted.  Estimated number of cabins is requested 6 weeks in advance with final count 2 weeks in advance and payable by the Responsible Parties on this contract.  The Responsible Party is responsible for collecting fees from guests and assigning cabins. Outside fireplaces and wood are provided for our guests if requested, hiking trails, and use of basketball and volleyball courts. Coffee is served in the morning from 8:00 to 10:00 for overnight guests.

Canoe and Fire Pit:  Foley has a canoe that you can use to put ice and beverages in outside of the dining room area.  In addition, Foley has a 34” large portable caldron fire pit that can be set up in the center of the facility on a cement pad for our guests to use.  Firewood is provided.

Smoking: Camp Foley is generally a smoke-free facility including all buildings and grounds.  For your function, smoking is possible in front of the dining room and is not allowed inside the dining room.  Encourage your guests to properly dispose of their cigarette buds in the cans provided. 

Beverage Service: A private bar may be set up on the porch of the dining room.  We can provide wooden style tables and a canoe can be utilized for guests to fill with ice for canned and bottled beverages.  Since Camp Foley is generally an alcohol-free facility, Foley employees cannot serve alcoholic beverages.

Damage Deposit:  Damage/Cleanup Deposit of $1,000 is required. The party is fully responsible for any damage to the facility or grounds or excessive cleanup costs.

Proof of Insurance:  An additional insured endorsement of lessee’s insurance policy is required and Camp Foley needs a Certificate of Insurance with limits of liability of at least $1,000,000 on file at least two weeks prior to the event.  Online purchase through WebSafe or other places.

What is not permissible on Foley Property: Overnight RV parking, tent camping, fireworks, Chinese lanterns, confetti, use of illegal drugs, pets, or firearms.
